This hunting lease is leased and not available. Deer haven in Edgefield County SC, home of the NWTF. This diverse tract borders Turkey Creek a large creek famous in this region. Mix of Oak flats and ridge lines bordering the creek, open and thick pine areas. Good access road system that will be improved along with drainage pipes. I was able to drive a good deal of it. ATV use allowed for hunting purposes only. Landowner has received grant funding and is in the process of making this property a lot better. It's fine now, only to improve. Food plots areas available, they were planted years ago, easy to reclaim, some weeds and broom straw. NO hunting the last few years. All property around this tract is leased by a friend that has managed for large deer. They are most definitely large deer in the area. Some older stands on the property, I WOULD NOT USE: NOT SAFE.
